Transcribing of recipes from family videos

I had some home videos of my grandmother in-law teaching me how to cook some of her recipes. I needed Debbie to go through the videos one by one (all different lengths), carefully listen to what we were both saying, and write up the recipes from this. There were 5 recipes in total.
