Working with a variety of businesses from many fields and many locations throughout Australia has been a pleasure!
I provide telephone support, process customer payments, deal with queries and manage diary bookings, among many other administration duties!
I can assist with ServiceM8, which syncs with Xero - so all of your quoting, invoicing and scheduled bookings are in one place!
Attending the Australian Small Business Champion Awards as a finalist in 2023 was a wonderful experience!
I may not have won my category of Best Trades Business Services but making it to the top 5 businesses nationally is great recognition.
And I am looking forward to doing it all again as a Finalist in the Australian Women's Small Business Champion Awards for 2024, with winners to be announced at a gala event in Sydney at the end of August.
