Format Word document that had not converted from pdf in full

I had a Microsoft word docx 5 page document that was created from an editable PDF. The PDF contained tables that have been exported to word as images, so I was unable to edit all the text box fields. I needed the word docx file completely re-drafted in the exact same layout, colours and everything, but without the use of jpeg images, and with fields I can edit.
